We utilize modern approaches and solutions, drawing on over 10 years of project experience in digitalizing marketing, sales, and service processes. In interdisciplinary teams of industry, method, specialist, and technology experts, we shape customer projects from vision to successful implementation and the sustainable establishment of modern Customer Experience Management solutions. As a consulting professional with a focus on Sales, After Sales & Service, you support our clients in the conception and methodological organization of sales & service digitalization projects.

Additionally, your responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing strategies for sales and service organizations, distribution channels, or digitalization.
  2. Analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing customer processes and translating customer requirements into digital end-to-end processes.
  3. Building digital platforms such as CRM and marketing automation to increase organizational efficiency.
  4. Consulting, change management, and methodological support in transformation processes aiming at a customer-centric organization.
  5. Having several years of professional experience in a management consultancy within the context of organization, processes, and digitalization in sales & service, especially in Retail, Manufacturing, or Automotive sectors.
  6. Possessing solid knowledge of consulting methods, process and organizational design, as well as common sales & service tools and methods.
  7. Understanding the functional scope of sales and service CRM modules from providers like Salesforce, Microsoft, or SAP.
  8. Experience in agile projects and requirements management, familiar with best practices such as Challenger, Lean, and ITIL.
  9. Being a team player who enjoys sharing experience with colleagues.
  10. High customer and solution orientation, with willingness to travel as required by projects.
