As a PLM Teamcenter Expert (f/m/d) at Siemens Energy, you will be crucial in our mission "connecting efficient factories". You will define and support CAD/CAE/PDM and PLM solutions, ensuring they are standardized and agile, to support sustainable engineering tools and reduce operational costs. Your expertise will also support non-standard functional requirements, contributing to sustainable PDM/PLM solutions aligned with Siemens Energy guidelines, enhancing competitiveness by enabling more efficient engineering processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support Power Transformer (PT) Engineering Design business globally, defining and realizing business requirements for CAD/CAE/PLM and ERP solutions.
• Collaborate internationally with colleagues and partners in CAD/CAE/PLM tool development, operation, and support, interfacing with PT Engineering, manufacturing, SCM, and digitalization teams.
• Define business requirements, develop specifications, business cases, project schedules, and coordinate resources and stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate software specification, development, release, distribution, and operation processes with users and development teams.
• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and estimate efforts in cooperation with stakeholders and project teams.
• Define, handover, and maintain PLM software components for in-house operations and provide user support.
• Improve development methods and processes within a multicultural, agile, and skilled team.
• Contribute to Siemens Energy’s transformer business in quality, efficiency, and sustainability through digitalization and tool development.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering, focusing on IT CAD/CAE, PLM, and ERP systems.
• Over 5 years of experience as an Administrator and/or Project Manager in 3D CAD/CAE (ProE, Creo, NX) and PLM systems (Oracle CADIM/Agile, Windchill, Teamcenter), including processes.
• Experience with software support and development in mechanical design for the Transformer business, and with Creo, PDMLink, Oracle CADIM/Agile, or Teamcenter, including configuration and automation.
• Profound knowledge of CAD/PDM/PLM tool harmonization, system architecture, and interface development.
• Familiarity with Siemens Energy’s IT architecture development processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, and willingness to travel in an international environment.
