WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MANAGER (m/f/d) with the following qualifications:

• Evidence of personal development through academic excellence, international exchange programs, internships, or extracurricular activities;
• 5-8 years of experience at a top-tier consultancy in digital strategy development and/or execution;
• Deep knowledge and interest in Open Finance, ecosystem-based business models, data strategy, APIs, customer journeys, product and service innovation, payment processes, and regulatory issues like PSD2, GDPR;
• Proven leadership in managing project teams;
• Strong network in the DACH region, with consulting sales experience preferred, and motivation to grow this area;
• Genuine interest in digitalization topics and continuous learning;
• Flexibility and willingness to travel;
• Fluency in German and English.

As a Manager, you will support clients in digital transformation and developing open, data-driven business models. Your expertise will help find innovative, pragmatic solutions to client challenges. You will lead international project teams, coordinate project delivery, and share knowledge internally. You will also contribute to business development in the German-speaking region.
