A logistics innovation company is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the expansion in Germany. This role involves building the market from scratch, generating leads, building relationships with SMEs, and collaborating with the Netherlands team. The ideal candidate has 4-10 years in B2B sales within logistics and a strong understanding of the German market. A hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills in German and English are essential. This is a high-impact position with full ownership and autonomy.

Germany is the next major market — and you will lead that expansion.
As Business Development Manager Germany, you will be responsible for building the German market from the ground up — together with the team in the Netherlands. This is a highly entrepreneurial role that combines lead generation, sales, client visits, and early‑stage operational work. You will work directly with the founders and our operations team to launch, grow, and establish Cargors in Germany.
If you want full ownership, autonomy, and a critical seat in a fast‑growing European scale‑up, this role is for you. And the most important of all: hands‑on mentality is a must in this phase of the company.
