The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of personnel management experience in a manufacturing environment and strong leadership skills. Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in personnel management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience in continuous production line operations is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the production team.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Resolve operational issues and production bottlenecks.
- Lead weekly meetings on health & safety and KPIs.
