A leading telecommunications provider in Canada seeks an Outbound Business Sales Consultant. This role involves consulting with Small-Medium Business customers to enhance and optimize their wireless services through inbound and outbound calls. Candidates should have verifiable sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. Base pay ranges from $61K to $121K+ CAD, depending on performance, with additional earnings possible through commission. Flexible remote work options are available.
A minimum of 1 year of verifiable sales experience is required. Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers, or similar) that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM EST. Additional hours may be worked at your discretion.³
Must be living in one of the following provinces : Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.

Base pay + commission : Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance¹
Paid training : Get fully certified before you start²
Flexible remote work : Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST³
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.¹
