We are looking for an experienced mechanical project manager to join the team immediately! This is an opportunity for you to join a team with very low turnover year after year as their stability is built around generations of local relationships and strategically bidding on a select few projects at a time. 1. Prepare and submit mechanical schedules and monitor progress against established schedules.
2. Prepare and submit mechanical construction project budget estimates.
3. Assist to prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
4. Assist in managing the implementation of quality control programs.
5. Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
6. Monthly billings.

1. Knowledge of mechanical installations specifically boilers and chillers OR HVACR Units.
2. 7-10 + years Mechanical Construction experience as a Coordinator and / or Project Manager including field and project management experience (non-residential).
3. Project exposure to retrofit commercial, industrial and / or institutional projects.
4. Demonstrate strong management skills including planning, organizing and leading.
5. Strong organizational skills, including analysis, accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Expertise in understanding and interpreting specifications and drawings for mechanical projects.
7. Experience in providing management and technical guidance for estimators and project coordinators.
