Klue is seeking a Community & Events Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave, starting as early as possible to overlap with the outgoing manager. The role involves creating and executing events and building a community for our customers to connect, share ideas, learn, and collaborate.

• Develop and nurture our community for the Competitive & Product Marketing professions.
• Drive value to community members through engagement and strategic initiatives.
• Plan, organize, and execute community-related activities, including communications, networking, and connecting customers.
• Plan and execute industry partner & Klue events, including sponsorships, exhibits, and speaking engagements.
• Organize our own events such as Annual Conferences, Quarterly events, virtual and in-person.

• Experience in event planning or community building.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting with others.
• Strong initiative and impact-driven mindset.
• Problem-solving skills and high organization.

• Impact of community and event initiatives measured through real-time data and analytics.

• Experience with B2B conference planning.
• Active involvement in industry communities.
