• Starting rate: $27.14 per hour (Level 1 – Direct Service), with a wage differential based on regulation ($30.01 per hour for regulated Level 1)
• • Registered professionals (e.g., OCSWSSW, CNO, COTO, CRPO, CPSO, CPO) receive wage differential
  • External applicants start at Level 1, with progression up to Level 8 ($34.41 non-regulated, $37.26 regulated)

• Work hours: 70 hours biweekly; Weekdays 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, rotating weekends 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

• Provide intensive case management with regular contact
• Apply structured case planning with clear goals
• Collaborate with agencies and supports involved in client care
• Advocate, accompany clients, and organize daily activities
• Connect clients to healthcare, addiction, trauma, employment, and social services
• Facilitate community integration and resource linkages
• Support re-housing and prevent homelessness
• Maintain detailed case records and support landlords

Qualifications:

• Only female applicants (bona fide occupational requirement)
• Post-secondary education in social services or related field (original credentials required)
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
• Ability to attend work regularly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in addiction, mental health, and supporting homeless individuals and families
• Training in SPDAT and HIFIS
• Community outreach experience
• First Aid/CPR, knowledge of community resources, crisis intervention, suicide prevention training, bilingualism preferred
