Reporting to the Country Manager, the role of Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing tools and communication programs. This person is responsible for the planning, creation, and distribution of content and programs to support the growth ambitions of Atos Canada.
Major Areas of Accountability
- Brand Marketing
- Localization and development of collateral for laryngectomy, tracheostomy, and Atos Care supporting materials in alignment with commercial priorities and in collaboration with global stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners for marketing materials, literature, and kit management while ensuring high quality and timely execution.
- Support the Annual Business Planning (ABP) process.
- Own the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and programs.
- Coordinate clinician meetings, conferences, and symposiums.
- Ad hoc projects: Other tasks as required.
Digital and Ambassador Platforms- Local ownership and support for Atos web platform and social media engagement, in alignment and collaboration with global initiatives and local commercial priorities.
- Develop and execute the Patient Ambassador program.
- Work alongside the global digital team and local team to create communications for the Canadian clinical community and patients, while measuring engagement.
- Collaborate with Clinical Educator on clinical education programs, including enhancing offerings and follow-ups as required.
- Ad hoc projects: Other tasks as required.
Basic Qualifications- Post-secondary diploma in marketing communications.
- 1-3 years of brand marketing experience; medical device industry or healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience in creative development and copywriting with strong knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of applications such as salesforce.com, ShowPad, Articulate 360, and Eloqua.
- Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with a broad spectrum of tactical and execution-oriented tasks.
- High initiative and self-motivation with a strong sense of accountability.
- Strong written communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Must conduct business in accordance with high ethical and professional standards, complying with applicable laws, regulations, the Medtech Code of Ethics, and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications- BC/BS/BA in business administration or communications.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and patient engagement.
