• Be the friendly face welcoming new patients and families
• Support the Orthodontist with assessments and data collection
• Present treatment plans and financial options in a clear, compassionate way
• Guide families through every step of their orthodontic journey—from first visit to first smile
• Collaborate across clinical and admin teams for seamless patient care
• Promote a warm, inclusive clinic environment and celebrate patient wins

• A positive, patient-first attitude and outstanding communication skills
• 1+ year in a dental front office or treatment coordinator role is an asset
• Level II Dental Assistant certification or clinical background? Even better!
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, dental software)
• A natural team player, passionate about learning and helping others thrive
