A community service organization in Sarnia is seeking a part-time Coordinator to provide leadership in client services. You will manage volunteer staff, develop program plans, and ensure service delivery meets community needs. The role requires a post-secondary diploma in health or social science and relevant experience in community care. A valid driver's license and vehicle are needed for this position.

The Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Manager(s) and for providing leadership and coordination of the day-to-day operations within the framework of VON philosophy, policies, procedures, standards and quality management.
Working conditions and physical demands: This role requires a detail-oriented approach in a dynamic environment, with physical activity including lifting, carrying (using proper techniques), bending, reaching, kneeling, and other movements that emphasize good body mechanics. Individuals in the role are required to walk, sit, stand, and climb stairs throughout the day, with some tasks requiring fine hand movements.
