Location: Montreal, QC (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months

1. Handling and preparing mailouts, batching and scanning documents. Operating a computer terminal to verify, enter, retrieve, and edit data.
2. Keying paper documents using templates with required speed and accuracy.
3. Cross-training in other manual processes (Finalize/Dice).
4. Calling clients, sending emails, managing carts, generics, and cheque verification.
5. Working under minimal supervision.

1. At least 2 years of related experience.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
3. Must be bilingual.
4. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
5. Ability to enter data at 7000+ keystrokes per hour.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
7. Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test.
