Agropur is looking for a Distribution & Logistic Coordinator to join its team in St‑Hubert.
As a Distribution and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a strategic role within our team. You will be at the heart of delivery planning, route optimisation, and coordination with our warehouses and carriers. Your role will be to ensure inventory accuracy, operational compliance, and the monitoring of costs and KPIs, while actively contributing to the efficiency of our logistics operations and the optimisation of space and loading plans.

Salary scale 003: $61,400 to $76,800 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)
What this role involves:
More specifically, as a Distribution and Logistics Coordinator, your responsibilities include:
Plan and schedule store‑level deliveries.
Optimize transportation routes.
Coordinate with warehouses and carriers for pickup/delivery windows and truck loading.
Validate inventory accuracy and ensure cold chain compliance.
Ensure service providers comply with contracts, negotiate fees/penalties, and monitor performance.
Track transportation costs, fuel consumption, and delivery lead times; provide KPI data (OTD, OTIF).
Manage delivery discrepancies and support cost‑reduction initiatives.
Monitor warehouse space utilisation and manage service provider invoicing.
Create optimised loading plans to support efficient stock movement.
What you need to join our team:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluency in both spoken and written French and English.
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
CLTD/CITT certifications (an asset).
Excellent communication, technology, and analytical skills.
Strong time‑management abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
