Job summary
A leading HR consulting firm is looking for a Windows Application Developer in Canada, Alberta. You will design, develop, and test applications for industrial equipment and provide technical support. Ideal candidates will have a degree in computer/electronics engineering and at least 2 years of experience in C# and .NET. Knowledge in WPF, web development, and SQL Server is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in developing Windows applications using C# and .NET Framework.
- Knowledge in WPF preferred with a passion for developing GUI programs for industrial equipment.
- Experience in web development and database architecture/design is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze project requirements and design multitasking Windows desktop applications.
- Interface with third party controllers using their APIs.
- Optimize existing software to improve performance and fix bugs.

Education
Salary: $2,800 - $4,500
Location: Woodlands Ave (Nearest mrt: Admiralty)
Working day: Monday – Friday
Working Hour: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Analyze project requirements. Design, develop and test the multitasking Windows desktop applications for industrial equipment.
- Understand and interface with third party controllers using their APIs
- Optimize existing software to improve the performance and fix bugs.
- Provide technical support for the field.
- Bachelor degree in computer engineering /electronics engineering or equivalent
- Min 2 years of experience in developing windows applications using C# and .NET Framework.
- Knowledge in WPF preferred with passion to develop GUI programs for industrial equipment.
- Experience in web development, ASP.net,C# added advantage.Experience in MS SQL Server, DB architecture/design is an advantage.
- Knowledge in AJAX, JavaScript and CSS is an advantage.
- Good in process mapping and software design concepts
