A leading global real estate investment manager is seeking a Director – Property Management to oversee its luxury multifamily portfolio across Canada. This role involves providing leadership to property managers, developing budgets, and managing operational performance to meet financial goals. As Director – Property Management (Residential), you will be responsible for supporting the operational success of Hines’ growing luxury multifamily portfolio across Canada. You will be executing company strategies related to property management operations by directing the managers across your assigned portfolio and by implementing the policies, procedures, and practices that enable each property to meet and/or exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operation performance objectives.
