Major Events Property Claims Specialist – Hybrid Field
Job summary
A leading Canadian financial services provider is seeking a Major Events Field Claims Representative II to investigate, negotiate, and settle property claims. The role includes collaborating with stakeholders, coaching the claims team, and providing exceptional client service. Candidates should have at least 3 years of insurance experience and a post-secondary education in a related field. This position offers a hybrid work model along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications
- Three years of experience in insurance, business or a related field.
- Working towards or holding the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
- Willing to obtain licenses in PEI, NB, and NL.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, interpret coverage, negotiate and settle major events property claims.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for efficient claims settlements.
- Coach and train claims team.
- Conduct initial calls with clients and determine coverage.
- Provide exceptional client service.
