Over the past few years, sports betting has exploded & everyone in the ecosystem is hungry for high‑quality odds, pricing tools, and +EV insights — and bettors are demanding sharper tools to win more often. To be frank, we have more demand for our product than we can manage.

As part of the demand, we are also consistently finding new customer segments valuing our product, and the opportunities are endless — but need to be prioritized. Hence why we're hiring our first dedicated Account Executive – the tip of the spear for growing our highest value customer segments.

You’ll be building your own book, opening new doors, shaping our GTM motion, and directly influencing how this company grows.

This is a pure‑hunter, high‑autonomy role where you own the number and build the playbook from scratch.

What You’ll Tackle
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new B2B and high‑value B2C accounts
  • Build and own your sales pipeline end‑to‑end (sourcing → demos → negotiation → close)
  • Manage and grow existing accounts; drive renewals and upsells
  • Tailor demos and pitches across all Betstamp products (Pro software, data feeds, affiliate tools)
  • Collaborate directly with founders on GTM strategy and prioritization
  • Partner with marketing, product, and engineering to align messaging and product direction
  • Track pipeline metrics, revenue impact, and conversion rates to improve performance
  • Represent Betstamp at industry events, conferences, and partnership activations
  • Provide customer insights that influence product and feature development
  • Establish yourself as a core early member of the sales organization with future leadership potential
You’re a Great Fit If You…
  • Have 3–5+ years in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management.
  • Are a hunter — you love building a book from scratch.
  • Have experience closing in SaaS, fintech, data, sports, or gaming (a strong plus).
  • Are entrepreneurial, resilient, and energized by owning the number.
  • Can speak confidently with executives, professional bettors, and technical teams.
  • Have a passion for sports, markets, gaming, or betting (bonus but not required).
  • Want to grow into Sales Lead, Head of Sales, or Sales Manager as the org scales.

  • You build and maintain a strong pipeline and consistently hit or exceed revenue targets.
  • You close flagship B2B deals and convert high‑value B2C users into long‑term customers.
