A leading retail organization is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Lead in Calgary, Alberta. This role involves overseeing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and acting as a strategic partner to regional managers. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office. Location is onsite in Calgary with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience in retail or high-volume environments.
  • 1-2 years of lead or supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of cannabis retail regulations an asset.

Responsibilities
