Job summary
A local restaurant chain in Winnipeg is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee budget management and daily operations. This full-time position requires experience in staff management, customer service, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The successful candidate will analyze budgets, develop operational plans, and negotiate with suppliers. Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada.
Qualifications
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
- Must be able to work at the physical location.
Responsibilities
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain restaurant profits.
- Develop budget for food, ingredients, and supplies.
- Evaluate daily operations.
- Modify food prep methods and menu prices.
- Monitor staff performance.
- Balance cash and complete financial reports.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Enforce liquor legislation and health regulations.
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients.
- Participate in marketing plans.
