A charitable organization is seeking a Kettle Coordinator II to oversee Christmas Kettle locations, ensuring effective volunteer management and secure donation handling. Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, with a valid driver's license required. This seasonal position offers $22.00 per hour, with a work commitment of 40 hours per week.

POSITION PURPOSE SUMMARY: The Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign is part of a century old tradition to contribute towards building strong communities by helping TSA to give hope to other.
Kettle Coordinator II position is a short-term contract position. The incumbent is responsible for oversight of several Christmas Kettle locations in a given geographical zone area. Zone locations include shopping malls, grocery stores and retail outlets.

Internal: TSA staff members, Kettle campaign team
External: Community members
Reports directly to the Resource Manager. Direct reports: none. Workflow coordinator.

Work environment is in office.
Willingness to develop an understanding and support for the mission and purpose of The Salvation Army in Canada and its implications as related to position responsibilities.
Work in compliance with OH&S Act and Regulations and abide by The Salvation Army’s health and safety policies and procedures.
Alternative combination of education and Experience may be considered.
Education, Qualifications and Certifications

This is a seasonal fixed term position, at 40 hours per week. Pay rate: $22.00 per hour.
The target hiring range for this position is $18.14 to $22.68 with a maximum of $27.22. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
