Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle inbox management for clients

Document Handling: Assist with creating, editing, and organizing digital documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Online Research: Conduct market, product, or competitor research as assigned
Social Media Support: Schedule posts and monitor engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and assist with generating simple performance reports
Task & Project Management: Use tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion to track project progress and deadlines
File Organization: Organize client files using Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar platforms
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
0–2 years of experience in a virtual assistant, admin, or support role (freshers welcome with strong skills)
Proficiency in English (spoken and written); French is a bonus for Canadian clients
Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.
Strong time management and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Experience supporting clients in North America
Knowledge of basic CRM platforms like HubSpot or Zoho
Social media content planning or scheduling experience
