A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to oversee the storage and issuance of automotive parts. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 4+ years of experience in the luxury automobile dealership industry, and strong skills in inventory management software. This role involves coordinating with suppliers and maintaining safety standards in the storage area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma in automotive studies or supply chain management is preferred.
- 4+ years experience in automobile luxury brand dealership industry.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Issue parts to workshop technicians based on requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.

- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming automotive parts and accessories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Issuance of Parts: Issue parts to workshop technicians based on requisitions. Ensure that all issued items are recorded and tracked.
- Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Initiate reorder requests as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns. Prepare regular reports on inventory status and discrepancies.
- Coordination with Suppliers: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any issues related to orders.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure that the parts storage area is clean, organized, and complies with safety regulations.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures related to inventory management and safety standards.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma in automotive studies or supply chain management is preferred
- Min: 4+ Years experience in automobile luxury brand dealership industry
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ERP systems like SAP is an advantage
