The ideal candidate will oversee a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring high standards are met according to policies. Candidates should possess a 3-year diploma and 7-9 years of relevant experience in managing similar projects. Advanced communication skills in English are a must.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Supervisor to manage the work of a team of full-time cleaning operatives.
• Manage a project with a limited number of cleaning operatives.
• Organise the workload of the team in coordination with Supervisors.
• Anticipate client/customer needs and respond accordingly.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to meet operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Policies.
• Liaise with Supervisors to deal with any problems or complaints.
• Prepare reports and maintain records according to standards.
