Qualifications

• One to two years of experience as a Team Leader in a 5-star luxury property or branded restaurant.
• Confident in working in multi-cultural environments and managing complaints effectively.
• A second language (preferably Russian or other European) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and guide the F&B service team.
• Lead pre-shift briefings to communicate duties and updates.
• Delegate tasks and ensure team motivation and service quality.
