Job summary
A logistics company is seeking a reliable Truck Driver in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle driving license and experience in transporting goods safely across various routes. Responsibilities include conducting vehicle inspections, maintaining logs, and adhering to traffic regulations. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety are essential. Qualifications
- Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving license.
- Proven experience as a truck driver (1-10 years preferred).
- Knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws in India.
- Ability to operate a truck and handle heavy loads safely and efficiently.
- UAE Driving licence required (Category 4).
Responsibilities
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations safely and on time.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Maintain accurate logs of hours worked and miles driven.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members.
