A leading facility management company in Dubai is seeking a Manager to supervise cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring high standards are met according to policies. Responsibilities include workload organization, client communication, and compliance with health and safety standards. Candidates should possess a 3-year diploma and 7-9 years of relevant experience in managing similar projects. Advanced communication skills in English are a must.
Advanced communication skills in English (Oraland Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
Assist the Project Supervisor to manage the work of a team of full time cleaning operatives whilst maintain and enhance aesthetics and minimize disruption.
Manage a project with limited number of cleaning operatives
Organise the workload of the team in coordination with the Project Supervisor and Area Supervisor ensuring an even distribution of work.
Identify and anticipates client / customer requirements expectations and needs and respond accordingly.
Coordinate with internal & external resources including department vendors Subcontractors if any client etc. as required to meet the assigned jobs operational needs.
Ensure that the team of cleaning operatives perform to the standard as per the SLA.
Ensure that the buildings Health and Safety Policies and Procedures is adhered to at all times
Liaise with the Project Supervisor and Site Supervisor on a regular basis dealing effectively with any problems or complaints that may arise.
Preparation of reports maintain records and carry out standard cleaning procedures for the managed buildings and grounds in accordance with the ISO standards and Municipal policies
Manager
