We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical works on-site. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of hands‑on experience in electrical systems installation supervision and coordination in commercial construction or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all electrical site activities such as cabling, control panel termination, equipment electrical installation in commercial construction projects.

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Monitor daily progress and prepare activity reports.

Guide and mentor technicians and site workers.

Ensure proper use of tools, materials and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills

15 years of experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor in commercial construction projects.

Extensive experience in cabling, control panel termination, equipment electrical installation and adherence to safety standards.

Must have well‑rounded and general MEP knowledge.

Ability to lead teams and manage site activities independently.

Managed teams of 40-50.

Excellent communication and reporting skills. We require very smart and proactive candidates.

Must be available immediately.

Bonus: knowledge of ADDC/DEWA rules and regulations.
