Job summary
A prominent energy company in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah is seeking a young and energetic HR Assistant to support yard-based operations. Responsibilities include managing HR queries, coordinating with internal teams, handling payroll, and ensuring timely renewals of employee documents. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in English is required, with Hindi and Malayalam preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a company of comparable size and industry.
- Yard/site experience of handling a large workforce is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Malayalam preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support employees with HR queries and documentation.
- Coordinate with medical, camp, and internal teams.
- Handle leave management and payroll coordination.
- Ensure timely renewal of visas, insurance, and gate passes.
- Arrange vacation tickets for employees.

Lamprell is looking for a young and energetic HR Assistant to join our HR Yard Operations team and support our yard-based employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employees with HR queries, documentation & grievance handling
- Coordinate with medical, camp, and internal teams
- Handle leave management, payroll coordination & records
- Ensure timely renewal of visas, insurance, and gate passes
- Arrange vacation/demobilization tickets for employees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in HR
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a company of comparable size and industry, based in the UAE
- Yard/site experience of handling a large workforce is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential)
- Good communication in English, Hindi, Malayalam preferred
