Job summary
A fast-growing CFD brokerage is seeking a dynamic CEO in Dubai to lead business strategy and operations, manage high-performing teams, and drive growth. Ideal candidates have over 8 years of experience in the CFD/FX industry, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of retail trading dynamics. This role offers a competitive salary of 50–60K AED/month plus a performance-based bonus.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in the CFD / FX / online trading industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership experience in brokerage operations.
- Deep understanding of retail trading dynamics, leverage, and risk systems.
- Young, ambitious, and execution-focused, able to scale a fast-growing business.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai (Seychelles also an option).

- Build and manage high-performing teams across trading, sales, and compliance.
- Drive growth through innovative marketing, partnerships, and client acquisition.
