An international product-driven company is launching a new business unit in the UAE a car subscription service. We are looking for a CEO to lead this initiative design a market entry strategy and ensure a successful launch with further scaling across the region. The CEO will own the full business cycle: strategy team build-out operational launch P&L responsibility and commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full launch of the service from zero: strategy market validation product introduction.
• Build and develop the team define roles and set up the management structure.
• Negotiate and establish partnerships with dealers service providers and market stakeholders.
• Design and implement operational processes.
• Own the P&L budgeting financial modeling and key performance metrics.
• Drive revenue customer acquisition and service quality growth.
• Actively participate hands-on in operational and commercial tasks during early stages.

Requirements

• Proven experience launching new businesses or services from scratch.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and readiness for hands-on involvement.
• Solid negotiation skills and ability to build strategic partnerships at senior level.
• Experience in senior leadership positions: CEO / MD / Commercial Director / Business Development Director.
• Ability to build lead and scale teams; strong delegation and management skills.
• Expertise in unit economics financial modeling and full P&L ownership.
• Preferred experience in subscription services long-term rental leasing or mobility.
• Experience in the UAE / MENA region is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language is a plus.
