The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing and scaling family‑owned hospitals in the UAE or GCC region, optimizing operational efficiency and implementing growth strategies that enhance patient care and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for hospital expansion, franchise opportunities, and operational excellence.
