Job summary

A leading environmental services company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced professional to provide vision and leadership for business development in waste management. The role requires a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years in a similar position, preferably within the GCC region. Candidates must have strong change management skills and a valid UAE driving license. This is a full-time position with no remote work options available.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years experience in the same field within a well-reputed organization.
  • 7-8 years experience in a similar position, preferably in the GCC region.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic, French, or Hindi is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies for waste management in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
  • Grow and develop existing businesses and markets.
  • Ensure external and internal stakeholder management.
  • Lead budgeting and execution.
  • Ensure QHSE systems policies and guidelines are adhered to.
