Job summary
A luxury hospitality company in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a dedicated Full-time Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional spa services. Ideal candidates will have proven experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of anatomy and various massage techniques. The role requires a warm demeanor to ensure guests feel welcomed and satisfied. Additional certifications in CPR and First Aid are advantageous. Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist.
- CPR and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of anatomy physiology and different massage techniques.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive first impression for guests by greeting them warmly.
- Perform quality spa services in accordance with treatment standards.
- Ensure all equipment associated with spa services is in good working order.
- Respond positively to change and adapt as necessary.
Skills
- To create a positive first impression to the guests by greeting them in a warm and friendly manner by name.
- To contribute to the high level of services offered in accordance with the companys standard as detailed in the Standard Operating Procedures.
- To perform quality spa services according to the companys treatment standards
- To ensure that all equipment associated with the spa services is in good working order
- To be able to answer all questions related to spa services and identify the benefits or advantages of treatments required to the guests.
- To assist with demonstrations and events as required
- To participate in any new training and refresher programs as required
- To update the therapist log book
- To complete all assignments to the deadlines as requested by the Spa Manager or Senior Spa Therapist
- To respond to change in a positive and flexible manner.
- Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist.
- CPR and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of anatomy physiology and different massage techniques.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skill.
- Preferably female therapist.
