Job summary
A leading real estate firm in Dubai is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager. This role involves leading the sales team, implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong knowledge of the UAE market and proven leadership skills. This position offers an opportunity to drive success in property sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales with a minimum of 8-10 years, of which 3 years in a leadership role ideally.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, sales dynamics.
- Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
- Good team management and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-driven with an excellent track record and commercially astute.
- Must be a go-getter, dynamic with a passion for sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their sales skills.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
- Monitor team performance and review KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
