Meet the team:

We are a growing team with a strong spirit and the ambition to become the leading brand in glucose monitoring. Our Marketing team is dynamic and innovative, valuing creativity and differentiation. As a key member, your contributions will directly impact our success, taking ownership of strategic initiatives, driving marketing campaigns, and shaping our brand's future.

Where you come in:

• Support the use and recommendation of Dexcom products in diabetes management by providing services and solutions to healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Provide training and education on Dexcom products and related services to HCPs and patients using innovative methods (up to 15% of your time).
• Maximize strategic partnerships with government accounts.
• Manage your territory, allocating time based on customer and business needs.
• Utilize CRM systems daily to identify business opportunities.
• Execute marketing campaigns aligned with specific objectives and assist in developing local promotional activities such as conferences, congresses, and meetings.

What makes you successful:

To succeed, you should be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory standard. The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-3 years of experience in diabetes management or a related healthcare field, with a proven success record.
• Experience working within the healthcare environment, demonstrating achievement of targets.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide clear insights.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license.
• Effective communication skills in Arabic.
• Experience working in Abu Dhabi is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the local diabetes market.
• Knowledge of tender markets and hospital procurement processes.
• Degree in Life Sciences or Business.
• Relevant professional qualifications.

Language Skills:

Must be able to communicate effectively in Arabic, reading and interpreting technical documents, and speaking confidently before groups.
