A leading automotive solutions provider based in Dubai is seeking a dynamic General Manager of Sales (GM Sales) to spearhead their sales operations and drive strategic growth in the competitive automotive market. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of sales experience, particularly within the OEM sector, and a proven track record in leading successful sales teams. A strong network within OEMs and exceptional negotiation skills are essential. A bachelor's degree with an MBA preferred is also desired.

We are looking for an dynamic General Manager of Sales (GM Sales) to lead our sales operations and strategic growth in this competitive market.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within the automotive industry with significant experience in OEM sales and a deep understanding of the OEM ecosystem. Proven experience in working directly with toptier OEMs like Toyota BMW Volkswagen Nissan MG BYD Chery.
- Network & Connections: Established and extensive network of seniorlevel contacts within OEMs. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decisionmakers.
- Product Knowledge: Indepth understanding of automotive products technologies and market trends particularly within the highend and luxury automotive segments.
- Leadership: Proven track record in leading and managing highperforming sales teams. Strong ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to close largescale complex deals.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Location: The candidate must be based in the Dubai with a willingness to travel as needed to OEM offices events and conferences.
