Job summary
A leading luxury hotel in Fujairah is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Leisure Market. This pivotal role involves driving sales, managing relationships with travel partners, and attending industry events to position the hotel as a top destination. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a luxury hotel sales role and a deep understanding of the luxury travel market. This position offers a chance to work with a talented team and achieve competitive results in a dynamic environment.

- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a sales role within a 5-star luxury hotel.
- Understanding of luxury travel market, particularly in GCC, Europe, and Asia.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills; additional languages preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop revenue-generating opportunities in leisure and wholesale segments.
- Manage relationships with tour operators and travel agencies.
- Participate in trade shows and promotional events.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Front Office teams.
- Conduct sales visits and prepare detailed sales reports.
