Sales Manager – Russia & CIS Region

This role is responsible for implementing the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and maximizing leisure revenue across the Russia & CIS market.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
  • Act as a sales specialist and be responsible for assisting the leisure revenue to be maximized in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.
  • Implement and oversee the sales strategy to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and achieve annual sales targets by meeting assigned KPIs within the Russia & CIS market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant business units to stay well-informed about their offerings, including promotions, market trends, competitor activities, account shares, and customer needs, ensuring high-quality service that meets or exceeds sales goals.
  • Monitor revenue budgets and targets regularly. Maintain accurate records of actual and forecasted volumes and occupancy rates for space and room inventory to optimize sales and meet or surpass sales objectives.
  • Oversee sales target reporting and implement measures to help the team and individuals meet or exceed targets. Prepare and submit quarterly sales forecasts and reports to the immediate supervisor.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients to encourage future bookings and consistently achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Manage daily sales operations by providing leadership, fostering teamwork, and streamlining professional processes to maintain high performance standards. Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
