Desired Candidate Profile

• At least 6 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with a demonstrated track record of leadership in a dynamic setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with staff and guests.
