As a Senior Consultant, you will support the execution of management consulting projects, contribute to business development, and deliver corporate training programs.
Location:
Reporting to: Consulting Manager
Travel: Frequent travel across Amman, Dubai, and Riyadh
Relocation: Open to candidates willing to relocate as per business needs
- Assist in the execution of business strategy, excellence, innovation, and digital transformation projects
- Conduct market research, business analysis, and feasibility studies
- Develop business models, process improvement plans, and transformation strategies
- Support in identifying new clients, proposal writing, and client engagement
- Conduct industry analysis and research to identify business opportunities
- Design and deliver corporate training programs on strategy, operational efficiency, and innovation
- Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions for client organizations
- Work closely with teams in Amman, Dubai, and Riyadh
- Frequent travel required for client engagements
Preferred Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from a reputable Jordanian government university (University of Jordan, JUST, Hashemite University, or German Jordanian University)
- EFQM certified practitioner is preferred
- GInI certified strategist of professional is preferred
- Experience: 5+ years in management consulting, business analysis, or business development
- Skills & Expertise: Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment; Willingness to travel & relocate as needed
