Job summary
A leading engineering staffing provider is seeking a Sales Manager in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of experience in sales or business development within the offshore oil & gas sector. Success in acquiring large-scale contracts is essential. This role offers a 1-year contract, extendable based on performance.

- Demonstrated success with contracts exceeding $50M.
- Familiarity with major offshore clients.

Sales Manager — Contract 1 year extendable
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7–10 years of experience in sales or business development within the offshore oil & gas or EPC sector.
- Demonstrated success in winning large-scale offshore EPC contracts ($50M ).
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle in offshore construction, installation, and .
- Familiarity with regional and global clients such as CNOOC, ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, Petrobras, Shell, and TotalEnergies.
