A global well-being company is seeking a Store Manager to oversee sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of retail experience, including supervisory roles. Responsibilities include managing sales, maintaining inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. A Bachelor's degree is required, with strong customer orientation and proficiency in English, while Hindi or Arabic skills are a plus. The role holder is responsible for managing and driving sales for the store through efficient store operations, visual merchandising, customer service delivery, motivation and retention of store personnel in adherence to GMG norms. The job holder is also responsible for managing and coaching the store team.
