Job Overview

A Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple Hilton properties by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives. Manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with hotel teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets across multiple properties.
  • Manage a sales team, providing leadership and direction to ensure that team members are motivated and productive.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, including attending industry events and conferences as requested.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site inspections to showcase hotel offerings.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and action plans.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the leisure segment, primarily within European markets, while expanding into corporate and other relevant segments.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotels.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals, and negotiate contracts with customers.
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure that customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer information, sales reports, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Secure compliance with Hilton Worldwide Brand Standards.
  • Uphold Hilton brand standards in all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Hilton brand and values, delivering exceptional service and professionalism at every touchpoint.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge across the hotel to confidently present its unique selling points.
  • Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety and Environment procedures, instructions and controls and act in emergency situations.
  • Perform related tasks and duties as assigned and deemed necessary by management.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
Qualifications
