Job summary

A leading global cosmetics company is seeking a Sales Manager in Dubai to develop and implement sales strategies within the Travel Retail sector. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of Sales Management experience, preferably in the Middle East market, alongside strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The role requires fluency in English, with additional languages like Arabic or French considered an asset. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years Sales Management experience in Travel Retail.
  • Experience working in the Middle East market.
  • University graduate, preferably with a sales and marketing degree.
  • Cosmetic industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop account specific stock and sales plans.
  • Meet with retailers to implement sales and marketing plans.
  • Prepare and maintain quarterly account P&L’s.
  • Monitor retailers' sales and inventory levels.
  • Review and negotiate retail pricing and distributor terms.
  • Ensure brand presentation standards and train others.

Job description

Our client is a global Company specialized in distributing high‑end cosmetics & skincare products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop account specific stock and sales plans to align with financial targets and corporate goals.
  • Regularly meet with retailers to develop and implement precise sales and marketing plans and to foster good relations with accounts understanding their goals, market conditions, challenges, competitive activities and possible unique opportunities.
  • Regularly meet with Headquarter and buying office locations to present and gain acceptance of sales and marketing plans and to develop good relations with accounts by understanding their goals, challenges and any possible unique opportunity.
  • Develop and maintain quarterly account P&L’s to ensure financial goals are being met.
  • Monitor retailers wholesale sales, inventory levels and retailer activity to maximize sales opportunities and brand image.
  • Develop forecasts and budgets in accordance with corporate direction.
  • Review and negotiate retail price positioning, price structures and distributor terms.
  • Review terms, space, location and special offers with retailers to satisfy corporate goals.
  • Successfully introduce and secure new launch plans, orders and procedures.
  • Follow‑up on all meetings with distributors through actionable measures moving the business forward.
  • Liaise and communicate with others internally to assure maximization of all corporate and account goals including order processing and fulfillment, payment collection, logistics, marketing and finance.
  • Ensure brand presentation standards for all visual elements including presentations to merchandising follow the corporate direction.
