What You'll Do
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Korean-language clients, delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-term relationships
  • Manage the full account lifecycle : onboarding, performance tracking, issue resolution, and strategic growth planning
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product, compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Analyze client data and market trends, provide insights and recommendations to drive client success and business development
  • Drive client renewals, upselling opportunities, and ensure overall retention and account profitability
  • Represent our brand and values in client interactions, maintaining high standards of professionalism and responsiveness
Who You Are
  • Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) and strong professional proficiency in English
  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or a similar role ideally with Korean-speaking clients
