Overview of the Role

The Key Account Manager – Used CV & IE is responsible for driving sales growth across government, fleet, and private sector customers. The role focuses on strengthening the market presence of Used Commercial Vehicles and Industrial Equipment within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The job holder will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, develop value-driven proposals, and ensure effective coordination across internal teams to deliver end-to-end customer solutions. This includes promoting total solutions encompassing vehicle sales, finance, insurance, service contracts, and related value-added offerings to support sustainable business growth.

What You Will Do
  • Own and drive the achievement of monthly sales targets for Used CV & IE units.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Product Manager to define monthly and quarterly sales objectives by model and segment.
  • Develop and maintain a robust forecasting process, enabling accurate weekly sales volume and gross margin forecasts, and communicate these effectively to line management.
  • Track, measure, and analyze sales performance throughout the month, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  • Identify and pursue key account opportunities across government, fleet, and private sectors to expand Used CV & IE market share.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Support negotiations and contract discussions to ensure commercially viable and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Promote Al‑Futtaim’s total solution offerings, including finance, insurance, and service contracts, to maximize customer value and profitability.

  • High level of financial awareness and commercial acumen.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or other regionally spoken languages is an advantage.

What Equips You for the Role
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Engineering or Management is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience within the automotive industry, preferably in Heavy Commercial Vehicles.
