We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in driving sales performance. This role involves setting sales strategies, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring revenue growth through new opportunities and client relationships.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals and revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and manage the sales team for high performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and launches.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
