Job summary

A recruitment support company in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager (Account Success Manager) to own client relationships from onboarding through delivery. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years in account management within recruitment or HRO, demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include managing client coordination, ensuring service delivery quality, and supporting sales efforts to maintain and grow accounts. This is a hybrid role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years experience in Account Management/Client Success within Recruitment, Staffing, or HRO.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment delivery cycles (job intake → sourcing → shortlist → interview → offer → onboarding).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in parallel.

Responsibilities

  • Own the client relationship post-signing.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination for active accounts.
  • Ensure service delivery quality for recruitment and HRO services.
  • Support the sales team in closing proposals.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams.

RoleSummary

We’rehiringanAccountManager(AccountSuccessManager)inDubaitoownclient relationshipsend-to-endafteronboardingandthroughoutdelivery.Youwillsupportthe commercialteamtoclosedeals,thenensuresmoothday-to-dayoperationsbycoordinatinginternallywithrecruitersandoperationsteams,managingclientexpectations,anddriving retentionandgrowth.

Thisroleisidealforsomeonewithrecruitment+HROexperiencewhocanoperateconfidentlywithclients,handlemultipleopenrequirements,andkeepdeliveryontrack.

KeyResponsibilities
ClientSuccess&Operations(Day-to-Day)
  • Owntheclientrelationshippost-signing:requirementsintake,servicescopealignment,deliveryfollow-up,andperformancereviews.
  • Manageday-to-daycoordinationforactiveaccounts(roles,timelines,priorities,feedback loops,andissueresolution).
  • EnsureservicedeliveryqualityforrecruitmentandHROservices(e.g.,onboarding,payrollsupportcoordination,HRsupport,outsourcingcoordination—basedonscope).
  • TrackSLAs,weeklyprogress,andpipelineupdateswithclientsandinternalteams.
DealSupport&Growth
  • Supportthesalesteaminclosing:proposalsupport,scopeclarification,commercials coordination,andclientfollow-ups.
  • Identifyupsell/cross-sellopportunities(moreroles,additionalHRservices,outsourcingsupport)andconvertthemintoexpansions.
  • Leadrenewalsandaccountretentionplans.
InternalCoordination
  • Actasthebridgebetweenclientsandinternalteams(Recruitment,Ops,HR,Finance).
  • Runweeklyinternalaccountcheck-insandensurefastescalationsandresolutions.
  • MaintainaccurateaccountdataandreportinginCRMandsharedtrackers.
Requirements
  • 3–7yearsexperienceinAccountManagement/ClientSuccesswithinRecruitment,Staffing,orHRO.
  • Strongunderstandingofrecruitmentdeliverycycles(jobintake→sourcing→shortlist→interview→offer→onboarding).
  • Provenabilitytomanagemultipleclientsandprioritiesinparallel.
  • Excellentcommunication,stakeholdermanagement,andnegotiationskills.
  • Strongorganizationandreportingdiscipline(CRM,trackers,follow-ups,meetingnotes,actionitems).
