Job Description - F&D Sales Executive | Hilton Dubai Palm (HOT0C81C)
Responsibilities
- Drive F&B bookings across all outlets by building connections with social networks, targeted dining groups, promotions, and reaching out to social clubs.
- Manage and develop existing databases, understand each outlet's offerings, limitations and potentials, analyse guest behavior and background.
- Understand trends by day of week and events; track and provide insights on promotions and special offers; work closely with F&B team, F&B Revenue Manager, Marketing and GC&E.
- Implement basic sales techniques / principles as set out in the Customer Focused Selling school of thought and Hilton loyalty programs.
- Pro-actively sell Outlets for Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah as per defined scope.
- Coordinate and implement the social segment’s sales activities; align strategy with hotel business mix to maximize footfall and covers while minimizing costs.
- Identify potential new social accounts and drive sales activities to win these customers.
- Generate leads, monitor offers, and follow up to increase conversion in collaboration with the C&B department.
- Achieve targets and deliver incremental revenue; maintain proactive communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Active outside face-to-face sales calls; ensure prompt servicing of all business accounts (tracing, booking, contracting, communicating with departments, feedback for future bookings).
- Maintain high visibility in the surrounding and hospitality communities; submit weekly/monthly sales plans and daily activity reports; represent hotel in community and industry events.
- Establish rapport with guests and maintain good customer relationships; develop new accounts through prospecting; site inspections of F&B outlets and hotel facilities.
- Respond promptly to inquiries to capture market share; follow up on events and organize information for turnover; develop G&CE Events and conferences business.
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills; professional business ethics, decorum and social skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
- Full understanding of each hotel product and market conditions.
- Demonstrates self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm; team player; detail-oriented.
- Prepare and analyze all appropriate reports for weekly meetings.
